How long does it take for an order to ship out?

 All floral (overnight delivery) orders placed before 12 noon EST are shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 12 noon EST are shipped the next business day. All overnight orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not ship out until Monday, to insure that the flowers arrive in beautiful, freshly cut condition!

*Please Be Advised No Shipping On The Weekends*




All ground orders  usually ship within one business day, unless they require personalization, which add one extra day. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship either Monday or Tuesday.

When trying to decide when to order, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.


Every gift is wrapped in shrink wrap, topped with a hand made bow and packaged in air pillows. It is then placed in a 100# corrugated box and shipped UPS, Federal Express or USPS depending on where it is being delivered to. 


All cookie shipments are packaged securely with bubble wrap to insure safe delivery and eliminate breakage.

- Fruits  ship Monday through Wednesday only. If orders come in Thursday or Friday they will ship Monday.

Depending on the item the customer chooses, what location it is shipping from and where it is being delivered to, from it can take 1 to 5 days for delivery via UPS Ground, not including weekends. 


Flowers are all shipped OVERNIGHT via Fed-Ex and ship to home or business addresses.

Do you ship all your items to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses? 

APO, FPO & PO Box Shipping: 

With most of our items we do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes. 
However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. 

You ship these orders at your own risk. 

When shipping to any and all Military bases the proper zip and address format are: 

AE (Armed Forces Europe/ Canada/ Middle East/ Africa) -09XXXX
AP (Armed Forces Pacific) 96XXX 
AA (Armed Forces Atlantic) 34XXX 
All APO and FPO shipping will be standardized to the following prices: 

All AE shipments $21.95 

All FPO, AP/AA shipments $25.95 Please remember however not all gifts are available to ship to APO and FPO destinations and we do not offer claim service of any kind. 

Also, please remember all USPS shipments do take 1-2 extra days to ship out. 

We ship MOST of our items to all Military Address Boxes, through the United States Postal Service with an EXCEPTION of: All Cookie Bouquets and their categories, All Flowers, All Gifts for Infant/Toddlers and all their categories

With these categories we are UNABLE to ship to the following destinations: 

P.O. Box (a physical address is required)

APO / FPO (military addresses)

Alaska & Hawaii

How do your gifts ship? 

Every gift is wrapped in shrink wrap, topped with a hand made bow and packaged in air pillows. It is then placed in a 100# corrugated box and shipped UPS, Federal Express or USPS depending on where it is being delivered to. 

What are the shipping methods? 

Gift Basket and Cookie Bouquet Customers will have their gifts shipped by UPS ground. 

How do I know when my order has shipped? 

Our online order system will automatically send you an order confirmation along with a tracking number when your order ships. If you place your orders through fax or email we will send you a return email with all tracking information once an order ships. 


What is your customer satisfaction guarantee policy? 


Our parent company, La Bella Baskets, will make every effort to ship each and every order within the shipping deadlines and to complete customer satisfaction. LaBella Baskets will replace or refund the value of any gift not meeting the customer's satisfaction, deemed damaged or defective. Refunds or replacements are only offered if the original gift can be retrieved for inspection.(Assuming the claim is made within the 3 day grace period.) LaBella Baskets guarantees all gifts they ship will have the general look and product assortment as the photos used to represent them. (Substitutions are allowed as long as the value is equal or greater the substituted product. We will do our best to substitute within the same "family" of products at all times.) 
What is your return policy? 

If La Bella Baskets has committed an error or a gift is damaged La Bella Baskets will retrieve the gift and refund it in full or re-ship it. But, again we must be able to retrieve the damaged gift to offer a refund of any kind. No additional discounts will be offered if the gift can not be retrieved. We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need too at various times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as packaging colors and shapes change quite frequently. With this in mind please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor, color or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense or a discount of any kind. If for any reason other than damages or errors on the part of LaBella Baskets , a customers wants to return a gift they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 20% restocking fee.


What happens if my gift gets lost or damaged in transit? 


We will place a claim with the courier. Once the claim has been completed and not before, a refund or reshipment will be offered. Claims typically take 3-5 days to process with the shipping couriers. (Shipments going via USPS do not offer claim service.) All damage claims must be filed in writing via fax or email within 3 business days of the gift being received. NO exceptions. We will not honor damage claims several weeks old under any circumstances. 

Can I cancel an order after it has shipped? 


Yes, you may. However there are fees associated with cancelling an order after it has shipped. The following fees will apply: shipping charges to and from the destination and a 20% restocking fee. If we need to request UPS to intercept the delivery there is an additional $12.50 fee. 

How do I handle Incorrect Address? 


All orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip. LaBella Baskets will not be responsible for a gift being mis-delivered or being delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied on the order. 

* A $12.50 Fee will be added to your bill on ground shipments and a $15.00 fee on air shipments when when a bad address is supplied and the carrier needs to make an address correction or when a suite number / apartment number is not supplied. This fee may and will be incurred any time a zip code, city and state do not match. 

* Claims or requests for refunds on gifts returned due to a bad address will not honored. 

* Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite numbers/apartment numbers or incorrect information will not be honored. 



What if my gift recipient refuses their gift basket?


Returns In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be added to the members bill and the member will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to La Bella Baskets and any address correction fees. 

How can I change my order? 


In the event you need to make a change to an order you must contact us before 3:00 PM CST on the day the gift is scheduled to ship. If you contact us after the gift has been picked up by the carrier we will make every effort to make the correction with the carrier's assistance. La Bella Baskets will not be held responsible for orders delivered late or lost due to a carrier's inability to make a correction.

Order changes will be accepted in the following three methods :

3. Via telephone: (800) 584-5539 


Substitutions 


La Bella Baskets will make every effort to fill each order exactly as specified on the content listings. However in the event we are out of stock on any item we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be offered due to substitutions. If for any reason we will be out of an item for an extended period of time LaBella Baskets will notify members via email. During hot weather months all chocolate items will be substituted with hard candy items of equal or greater value. 

LaBella Baskets will make every effort to ship and fill all orders received. However if an order can not be filled LaBella Baskets will notify the member within one business day. Additional credits will not be offered in the event we can not fill an order. 



Holidays/ Closures 

Please take note that we are closed and no shipping will occur on the following days. All orders due to ship on these days will ship the next operating business day. 

* May 31st, - Memorial Day  

* July 3rd and 4th  - 4th of July

* September 4th and 7th - Labor Day 

* November 26th and 27th - Thanksgiving

* December 24th and 25th  - Christmas

* December 31st,   New Years Eve

* January 1st and 2nd,  New Years Day

*If a holiday lands on a Saturday, we will be closed that Friday before.

*If a holiday lands on a Sunday, we will be closed that Monday.
